Second. educational actual life have changed the consciousness of students. the atmosphere of university and 'shkola'. The changes of educational system greatly had influence on Russian life and consciousness. Their effect appears affirmatively or negatively. The negative effects are caused by the near-sighted policy that transforms educational system without fundamental alternatives. A crisis of educational system in the modern Russia is caused by the commercial and opportunistic idea. The educational life is changed not by the rational category but by the compulsory system. Today Russian reached the exterior liberty in the educational system in accordance with the model of market-economy. But they are trying to reach the inner liberty in the educational life and transform the educational system.
