The purpose of this study is not only to evaluate service orientation, as a socially constructed variable but also empirically to examine its relationship with business performance in international logistics service firms. The premise behind the study is that service-oriented firms that strategically choose to emphasize service excellence as a value-added deliverable, will perform significantly better than firms which do not possess this orientation. To-oriente the purpose of this study, field research was carried out and took a empirical analysis by the use of questionnaiempmethodvice-eis oyees in international logistics service firms. Service orientation of international logistics service firms is an major element which has an positive effect on business performance
