6.25 전쟁 이후 조선반도는 표면상의 평화를 유지하고 있지만 근복적으로 전쟁의 불씨를 깨끗이 없애지 않아서 다시 전쟁이 발발할 위험성이 언제나 존재하는 지역이 되었다. 그로 인해 조선반도의 인민들은 결코 진정으로 의미 있는 편안함을 누릴 수 없게 되었으며 사람들이 안보상황에 대해서 감히 대수롭지 않게 여길 수 없게 하였다. 본 논문은 조선반도의 평화와 안정에 영향을 끼치는 많은 요인뿐만 아니라 끊임없이 새롭게 변모하는 것에 대한 확인에서 시작하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 조선반도 평화 안정을 위한 중국의 역할 유지에 대한 연구를 하고자 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 근본적으로 조선반도의 정세를 장기간 동요시키고 불안정을 야기하는 요인을 통해 깊이 분석하고 중국의 역할에 대하여 분석하고자 한다.
