A study on the university writing textbook's use and application for the statement method education

This study is focused the statement method on for the academic writing showing writing education's merits and demerits recently, researches the university writing textbook's use and application for the statement method education. First, I analyzed the statement method in Korean and Writing at Ewha womans university and was searching for practical use in writing education. the statement method in Korean and Writing at Ewha womans university showed process-based writing method, arrangement and emphasis of the statement method, learner-centered example and practice. The next, I set off phased application for the academic writing for against faults in Korean and Writing at Ewha womans university. in the introduction phase by interesting practice, learners acquired each statement method strategy practically. and in the depth phase, they developed comprehensive statement method strategy by critical reading other learner's writing and his finished writing for task.
