2010년 『신년 경축공연』에 나타난 북한의 정책의도

A study of ’New Year's Concert' in Kim Jung II period

로동신문 보도에 나타나듯이 ， 북한은 이례적으로 2009년 12월 30일 은하수관현악단의 (2010년 신년 음악회〉 공연과 12월 31 일 삼지연악단의 (2010년 신 년 음악회〉 공연을 각각 진행하였다. 그중에서도 북효띈 은하수관현악단의 (2010년 신년 음악회〉 공연에 대해서 로동신문과 조선중앙통신을 통하여 집중 보도하였고 김정일 국방위원장이 참석하였다면서 상징적 의의를 부여하고 있다. 따라서 북한이 상징적 의의를 부여하고 있는 은하수관현악단의 (2010년 신년 음악회 〉 공연을 분석하는 것은 결국， 북한의 관심이 무엇이고 북효에 주민들에게 요구하는 것이 무엇인지를 정확하게 파악하는 것이라 하겠다. 이에 본 논문은 2010년 조선중앙TV'에 방영된 ‘신년 음악회 를 토대 로 북한이 주민들에게 전달하려는 내용과 그 의도를 분석하였다.

Recently North Korea has witnessed the emergence of a new phrase, musical poLitics to propagate as a unique style of politics of the nation’s leader, Kim Jung il. As we can see from ‘Rhodong Daily' , North Korea perfOlmed ‘2010 New Year’s Day Concert’ by ‘EunHaSoo Orchestra’ and ‘2010 New Year’s Day Concert’ by ‘ Samjiyeon Orchestra'. Among them , North Korea especially broadcasted ‘2010 New Year’s Day Concert' by ‘EunHaSoo Orchestra' more intensively. It gíves a great meaníng to the concert by mentioning President Kim Jung il participated in it. Therefore, to anaJyze the greatest holiday petformance, ‘New Year’s Day Concert' means to identify what North Korea is interested in and what it requests to its people to do exactly. This paper analyzes messages and intentions that North Korea tried to give to its people with ‘New Year's Day Concert' which was broadcasted on ChosunJoongangTV on New Year’s Day.
