계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 통한 지자체 중소기업지원 포털사이트 평가모형 분석

The Evaluation of SMEs Supporting Portal Site in Local Authorities Using AHP Method: Focused on D Public Organization

본 연구에서는 계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 활용하여 최근 지자체 별로 구축되어 운영중인 중소기업지원 포털사이트의 평가를 통해 중점을 두고 관리해야 할 요소를 구체화시켜 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 D시에서 현재 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털사이트를 대상으로 우선순위 평가모델의 수립 및 전문가들을 대상으로 한 자료의 수집을 통해 다양한 영역별 우선순위 평가를 시도하였다. 이를 통해 중소기업지원 포털사이트의 개선방안 및 향후 타 지자체에서 유사 시스템 구축.운영 시 활용 가능한 유의미한 시사점을 도출하였다.

SMEs are the main agents of economic activity which leads the regional economy by an absolute majority. For the steady economic growth, strengthening their competitiveness is the key factor for our continuous economic growth. Recently, as the rapid growth of information technology, the changes of providing websites for customers in the local government are observed - the main stream of this is the maximizing supportiveness by offering integrated information and service through the online portal site. In this paper, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used to materialize what we should focus on and care about by evaluating SMEs supporting portal sites which is constructed in local governments. To achieve the main theme of the paper effectively, we made an attempt to evaluate the priority of domains by collecting data from experts and building an evaluating model of SMEs supporting portal site of D city. Our main concern is drawing meaningful implications which are useful to build and operate systems for other local governments and showing improvement for SMEs supporting systems.
