The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of self-perceived physical attractiveness on beauty benefits sought and beauty care behavior in female groups who had different levels of narcissism and were in their 20s to 50s. As a result of investigating how the self-perceived physical attractiveness of the selected groups with different levels of narcissism affected their beauty benefits sought, that had a significant impact on every factor in the group with a high-level overt narcissism, and that significantly affected coordination satisfaction and confidence in the group with a low-level overt narcissism. That exerted a significant influence on coordination satisfaction and confidence in the group with a high-level covert narcissism, and that had a significant impact on a rise in self-worth in the group with a low-level covert narcissism. As for the influence of self-perceived physical attractiveness on beauty care behavior in the groups with different levels of narcissism, that significantly affected every factor in the group with a high-level overt narcissism except the utilization of media information, and that exercised a significant influence on every factor in the group with a low-level overt narcissism. In the group with a high-level covert narcissism, that significantly impacted on skin care, makeup, the use of functional cosmetics and hair care. That exerted a significant influence on makeup, the use of functional cosmetics and hair care in the group with a low-level covert narcissism.
