After the Edinburgh mission conference, world churches recognized the necessity of church unification and started the modern ecumenical movement for the ministry of efficiency in the mission field. Unity and agreement are important in order that church has eliminated the squandering of the mission resources due to duplicate and missionaries work with the efficency and cohesive power. Ecumenical movement does not accomplish to dogma, and does not doctrine assert to agree with a view for the unifying of the ministry either. Ecumenical movement goes toward diversity and pursuit to something in common in that within. The central purpose of this article is to look into the motive and the point of time to start ecumenical movement of church. The term of 'Ecumenical' has mentioned first by Nathan Söderblom who was Lutheran Archbishop in Sweden. He thought that church should be united which took part in the I World War, because they have to be witness of the Lord who was the One. This was the strong intention of him. And there were some dissonances and he wanted to wipe out of them at that time. So he started to unite churches and tried to make world church for the society However not everyone approval to unity and agreement. There are matter of course some obstacle factors for them. Obstacle factors are church's doctrine and faith point f view, and christian's value of the society in this article. The solution of unity and agreement for overcoming of them are tow kind of devices. First, it is that returning to Bible that shows the foundation of unity. It emphasize to make Christ centered community and to share the people joy with christian. Second, church should read the world tendency. Expanding the mental vision is that church goes into the society and reads their change and prepare of it, and enlarge the a realm and a scope for the gospel. Church is the instrument of the peace and reconciliation of the world. It has to accomplishes reconciliation between God and people, and between people. The most reason for unity and agreement is the ministry for reconciliation
