기업 간 정보의 공유를 통한 협력이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례 연구

A Case Study the Effects of Cooperation by Information Sharing between Companies on Supply Chain Performance

본 연구는 제조업체와 공급업체 간의 정보공유를 통한 협력이 공급사슬 전체에 얼마만큼의 추가적인 수익을 발생시킬 수 있는지에 대한 사례연구이다. 공급사슬 간 정보공유를 통한 협력이 공급사슬의 수익과 성과를 제고시킬 수 있다고 하는 많은 선행연구들이 있지만 이들 연구의 대부분은 기업의 실제 사례연구가 아닌 정보공유 및 협력과 관련된 변수의 도출과 변수간의 영향성을 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 통계분석을 통하여 검정한 논문이 대부분이었다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 사례연구방법을 이용하여 부품 공급업체로서 A사와 대표적인 가전업체인 B사의 사례를 중심으로 연구하며, 과연 정보공유를 통한 협력이 공급업체인 A사와 제조업체인 B사에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 그리고 정보공유를 통한 협력으로 발생시킬 수 있는 공급사슬 전체에서의 추가적인 수익을 여러 가지 상황을 고려하여 계산하여 봄으로써 공급사슬의 성공요인으로 제시되는 정보공유와 협력의 중요성을 실증하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 연구결과 정보공유와 협력을 통해 공급사슬 전체에서의 수익 및 성과는 제고될 수 있음을 입증하였다. 연구의 제한사항으로는 공급사슬 전체의 시각에서 수익과 비용을 계산한 것이 아니라는 점과 추가적으로 발생한 수익을 공급업체와 제조업체가 공유할 수 있는 방안은 제시하지 못했다.

This study is a case study to examine how much the cooperation between companies for sharing information makes additional benefits. There are many studies on the effects of cooperation between supply chains and information sharing on improvement in benefits and performance of supply chains, but most are not practical case studies of companies verified but the studies that collected data through the survey on cooperation and information sharing-related variables and the effects between variables, and that was verified through statistical analysis. However, this study was based on the supplier A, and the representative appliance company B’s cases by using a case study method. In addition, the main purpose of the study is to prove the importance of information sharing and cooperation which are success factors of supply chain by calculating additional benefits made through information sharing and cooperation in total supply chains, considering how information sharing and cooperation affects the two companies and various situations. As the result, information sharing and cooperation affected improvement in benefits and performance in total supply chains. The study has limits in that it didn’t measure benefits and cost from the total supply chains, and it didn’t propose the plans of sharing additional benefits between suppliers and manufacturers.
