As information society in 21C is rapidly changing. stresses of people working for travel agency in service industries are more and more deepening. Rapidly changing environment not only results in unsatisfaction for jobs but also likely job transferring affecting organization's achievement severely. Therefore. people who are involved in human service in travel agencies need to be more and more interested in control and manage stresses which occur during their jobs. Academic researches have been carried out so far. but although those preceding researches have recognized importances for stresses, researches sincerely clarifying jobs in people who are involved in travel agencies have not carried out, and moreover, researches regarding personality stress and satisfaction have almost not been carried out. Therefore‘' this research is to survey emotions and satisfaction levels due to stresses for each characteristic by measuring personal characteristic of those people using program check ing in Enneagram . and thus 10 suggest management plan for the people. And based on these, this paper has its goal for providing theoretical basis for taking advantage of personality inspection and customer service for newly employed people.
