A Study on the Awareness and Reliability of Environmental Labelling

Environmental Labelling is one of the most important systems to satisfy a green consumption pattern of customers and green markets which are expanding recently. This system is intended to encourage customers to follow a green consumption pattern and enable producers to develop and manufacture high-quality products to meet customers' green consumption pattern by providing customers with environmental data of products and services. In order to establish the environmental labelling system safely and reliably, customers' improved awareness of environmental labelling and reliability of the system are absolutely required. Therefore, this study examined customers' awareness of environmental labelling and reliability of the system while performing practical analysis of usability, importance, necessity and relation with product purchase related to practical labelling focusing on reliability and recognition of the system.
