Recently, the entertainment industry have been continuing to advance. This industry is called the new ‘blue ocean’ of 21st century by some people. In the mean time, the contracts with intermediaries entertainers are surrounded by many individuals or companies who are responsible for enhancing and protecting their career. A many agencies(individuals or companies: entertainment management) have various names and functions, but all serve to promote an entertainers visibility and success in the industry. Unknown Entertainers increasingly use the services of such intermediaries to help them become known to more powerful figures in the entertainment industry. With such reason is unjust in entertainer exclusive management contracts to come to be many, this is becoming the social problem which is serious. Especially, among the legal problems, the entertainer exclusive management contract between the entertainer and entertainer manager is a issue point. In recent years, numerous studies have attempted to find and explore the legal problems on the entertainer exclusive management contract. And, in order to solve this problem, entertainer exclusive management contracts have strictly to regulated in regulation of standard contract terms. Conclusively, i think that the point at issue in this legal problems is relates with interpretation and effect of the ‘unfairness’ and ‘exclusive’ provisions. The present thesis was limited in issue point. Further studies on different viewpoints are needed.
