사회적기업가 아카데미 참여자의 참여동기와 만족도에 관한 연구

A Study on the Motivation and Satisfaction of the Participants in the Social Entrepreneur Academy

본 연구는 사회적기업가 아카데미 참여자의 참여동기와 만족도와의 관계를 분석함으로써 효과적인 사회적기업가 양성방안을 마련하고 이를 통해 사회적 관심 및 필요성이 증가하고 있는 사회적기업의 효율적 확대를 도모하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 사회적기업가 아카데미의 현황과 특성, 외국의 사례들을 제시한 후, 참여자의 일반적 특성과 참여동기를 파악하고, 일반적 특성에 따라 참여동기와 만족도에 차이가 있는지와 교육만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇인지 분석하였다. 결과로써 참여자의 참여동기 중 순수하고 자발적인 참여와 학습지향형동기, 목표지향형동기가 만족도에 영향을 미침이 확인되었다. 이러한 분석결과 사회적기업가 아카데미 참여자들의 다양한 참여동기를 고려할 때 교육의 만족도 및 효과성이 향상될 수 있고 학습지향형동기가 참여만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이것은 참여자의 특성을 반영함으로써 우리나라 환경에 적합한 사회적기업가의 양성이 가능함을 시사하고 또한 참여자의 기대충족을 높일 수 있는 과정을 개설할 필요성과 함께 효과적인 교수방법 및 질 높은 강좌운영의 당위성을 시사하는 것이다.

This study tries to analyze the relationship between participants’ motivation and satisfaction in the Academy of Social Entrepreneurs, develop effective measures for training social entrepreneurs, and promote efficient expansion of social enterprises as they are more interested in and in need of in the society. In order to do so, I presented the current status and characteristics of the Academy of Social Entrepreneurs as well as foreign cases, identified general characteristics and motivation of the participants, and analyzed whether there any differences between motivation and satisfaction according to the general characteristics, as well as the factors that affect satisfaction in education. As a result, I found that the pure and voluntary participation, learning-oriented motivation, and goal-oriented motivation among various motivations in participation are the ones that affect satisfaction. The result of the analysis shows that when various motivations in participation among the participants of the Academy of Social Entrepreneurs are considered, the satisfaction and effectiveness of education can be improved and the learning-oriented motivation can affect satisfaction. This analysis suggests that it is possible to train social entrepreneurs that is appropriate for the country’s environment by ref lecting the characteristics of the participants. It also implies that it is necessary to open curriculum that meets the participants’ expectations, and to operate high quality courses with effective teaching method.
