India has various religious traditions like as religious department store. What we know about India means that we understand Indians religious disposition. According to the census of Indian Government in 2001, the whole of India's population is 1,028,610,328 and believers are same. This is a good data to know that all Indians have any type of religion. Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism are born and have grown in India. Christianity came to South India just after the death of Jesus Christ by St. Tomas. And Islam came to India at A.D. 8C. Parsi (Zoroastrianism), though not originated in India, exists only in India today. India is adopted secularism in a religion policy from the first prime minister Nehru, because there exists several religions. But secularism brought about discontent of Hinduists who are part of 80% of Indian and at last they took an extreme reaction. The starting point of religious conflict in India began from the establishment of Hindu nationalism which was born in a colony of the British Empire. Hindu nationalism became the root cause of riots between Hindus and Muslims like as Ayodhya, Gujarat riot. Moreover, recently Hindu nationalists are attacking to Christians because they want to construct Hinduist Nations. However, it is not reported that the conflict of between Hindus and Buddhists or Jainists has broken out. But in case of Buddhist, they are having a possibility of margin of conflict with Hindus. Because most Buddhists are dalits who belonged to the Out-castes. They are denied the caste system of Hindu. So we must take notice of the possibility of riot between Hindus and Buddhists.
