The Relationship of Personality, Security and Control on ERP Systems Performance

본 연구는 성격과 보안 및 통제가 ERP시스템의 성과가 어떤 관계가 있는지에 대한 의문을 가지고 시작하였다. 개인들이 가지고 있는 성격은 보안 및 통제에 영향을 과연 미치는지를 조사하고 보안과 통제가 ERP시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 표본으로 금융기관 51개 회사총 901명의 종업원을 대상으로 하였으며, 성격, 보안, 통제 및 ERP시스템 성과에 대한 설문 결과를 토대로 가설을 PLS경로모형 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 성격 중 외향성과 안정성이 높은 성격을 가진 조직 구성원들은 보안 및 통제수준이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 구성원들의 보안 및 통제 수준이 높은 조직은 ERP시스템의 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 외향성향과 안정성향이 높은 사원들에게 보안 및 통제 분야 업무를 담당하게 하여 ERP시스템의 성과를 높일 수 있다는 것을 암시하고 있다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템의 성과를 높이기 위해 보안 및 통제 수준을 향상시키고 그 업무를 담당할 사원들을 전보할 때 성격을 조사하여 인사에 활용할 필요가 있다는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구는 보안 및 통제를 성격과 연관시키는 연구의 기초자료를 제공하며, 나아가 ERP시스템의 성과에 조직 구성원들의 성격 및 보안과 통제 수준이 관련되는 교육 및 연구와 산학협력에 도움을 줄 것이다.

This study begin to have question what are relationship of employee' personality,security and control on ERP systems performance. I explore that employee'personality affects security and control. And I analyse that security and control affects ERP systems performance. Research hypothese are empirically test with data collect from 51 company 901employees working in financial institution. to PLS path modeling method. The empirical result of this study using PLS path modeling show that personality' casual affects security and control significantly exit partially in hypotheses 1 and 2. And result show that security and control have impacts on ERP performance to a significant degree in hypotheses 3 and 4. This result will provide the basic data on the effects of employee' personality on security and control. And this result will provide the basic data on the effects of security and control on the ERP systems performance.
