다문화 요소를 활용한 초등 도덕 교육 방안 연구

현재 우리나라는 매우 빠르게 다문화 사회로 변모하고 있다. 문화와 풍습, 종교 등의 차이로 인한 이질감은 교실에서 다양성의 인정보다는 갈등을 야기하는 것이 현실이다. 이는 함께 생활하는 학교생활에서 차이에 대한 이해와 배려, 존중의 마음이 부족한 데서 비롯된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 다문화 교육이 이루어지고 있으나 현재의 다문화교육은 일회적, 동화중심, 시혜주의적 이라는 많은 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 도덕교육이 최선의 다문화 교육이 될 수 있다는 점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 인권의 측면에서는 다문화 가정의 학생들에게 민주적 가치관과 태도를 길러주고자 하며, 더불어 사회 공동체 측면에서는 갈등을 줄이고 사회 통합에 기여할 수 있는 덕성을 함양하고자 한다. 이와 같은 본 논문의 목적에 입각하여 Ⅱ장에서는 국내 다문화교육의 현황과 문제점과 국외 다문화 교육의 현황을 살펴보고 이를 통해 외국의 다문화교육이 우리나라의 다문화 도덕교육에 주는 시사점을 분석하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 초등 도덕과 교육과정과 다문화 교육의 연계 점을 분석하고, Ⅳ장에서는 이를 근거로 다문화 요소를 활용한 실제 도덕과 수업 지도안을 제시하였다.

The present, Korea is transformed into multicultural society rapidly. The sense of difference results from distinction between of culture, custom and religion bring about conflict rather than recognition of diversity in classroom. It is begin with a lack of comprehension, consideration and respection for school life. To solve this problem, now various multicultural education is carried into effect, but there a lot of limitations that present multicultural education is one-shot, assimilability, and dispensationism. Therefore this article is to suggest that moral education can be multicultural education at best. through which attempts to cultivate democratic view and attitude to multicultural-home children in terms of human rights, in addition to this, to build up one's virtuous character which can be contribute to integration of society in terms of social combination. In chapter Ⅱ considers present condition and problem of domestic multicultural education, through which analyze of implications for domestic multicultural education get from multicultural education of foreign country In chapter Ⅲ, which analyze connection point between a elementary moral curriculum and multicultural education, in based of which suggest real of moral lesson applied multicultural elements in chapter Ⅳ.
