정신장애인의 직업탐색효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing Career Search Self-efficacy in Persons with Mental Disability

본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인의 재활성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 알려진 병식, 사회지지, 자기효능감, 기능, 재활준비도 변인이 직업탐색효능감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 자료는 전국의 20개 사회복귀시설을 이용하고 있는 정신장애인 441명을 대상으로 수집하였으며 구조방정식 모형을 통한 경로분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 병식은 사회지지, 자기효능감, 기능, 재활준비도 사이에서 다양한 경로를 통하여 간접적으로 직업탐색효능감에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 기능과 직업탐색효능감에 대한 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 직업탐색효능감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기도 하고 동시에 기능과 재활준비도를 통한 간접적인 효과도 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회지지는 자기효능감, 기능, 재활준비도를 통하여 직업탐색효능감에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 직업탐색효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 넷째, 기능은 직업탐색효능감에 직접영향을 미치지 않고 재활준비도를 통한 간접효과만을 가지고 있었다. 끝으로 재활준비도는 직업탐색효능감에 오직 직접효과만을 가지고 있었다. 이상의 결과를 보여주는 최종 경로모형은 모형적합성의 임계치를 잘 만족시켰으며 또한 교차타당성 검사 결과에 따라 모형타당성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how career search self-efficacy was affected by insight, social support, self-efficacy, functioning, and rehabilitation readiness in persons with mental disability. Sample consisted of 441 consumers from 20 community rehabilitation centers and data was analyzed using a structural equation modeling program. The major study findings are as follows. First, insight affected career search self-efficacy through various paths among social support, self-efficacy, functioning, and rehabilitation readiness; however its direct impact on the career search efficacy which was not found. Second, social support affected indirectly career search self-efficacy via self-efficacy, functioning, and rehabilitation readiness, but its direct impact on the career search efficacy which was not found. Third, the direct impact of self-efficacy on career search self-efficacy and its indirect impact on the career search self-efficacy through functioning and rehabilitation readiness were founded. Fourth, the indirect impact of functioning on the career search self-efficacy through rehabilitation readiness was only founded. Finally, rehabilitation readiness showed its direct impact on career search self-efficacy only and more importantly was a key mediator which was interrelated with all the other variables. These findings were drawn from a final path model, showing the high possibility of replication of the model based on cross-validation test results. Study implications and limitations were discussed.
