The Crime of Eve and the Revolution

a Newspaper named Joseon Ilbo give an article titled “The crime of Eve" Following this article after liberation the women move from the position behind the crime into the position in front of the crime. This article say this is the new social pathology which emerge from false consciousness about the “women's right" so called the liberation of women. This kind of narrative continuously produce in late 1960. This kind of narrative is the symptom of assignment of the position after the failure of revolution of April, 1960. After the failure of “the revolution of April" by a coup d’état in 16, May 1961, divers kinds of identity group deprive their own light as the political subject or the constituent of the normal society. Divers kinds of identity group lost their Utopia, after 4.19 of 1960, especially the women in law class, the nonage in law class. (Dong-A University)
