Study on the Factors of a Successful SCM Practice for Korea Logistic company

This paper examines that implementing the SCM system can bring positive effect to the company's long-term continuity and value creation for those companies which have plan to take the system, by means of understanding how the determinants of the successful SCM implementation affect the logistics company's management performance by inquiring based on the BSC measurement standard in order to measure the management performance of the firm targeting the hands-on workers of the distribution companies which utilize the SCM. Therefore, this study analyzed precedent studies focusing on the distribution company and how to access from a structural network perspective. The study has significance of doing an empirical analysis extracting the supply chain characteristics from distribution companies through this.
