Korea became a well-known leader in the paperless trade infrastructure. The electronic trade system leaded by government has been established in Korea, but some limitations in implementation has shown due to disharmony of different e-trade system like "u-Trade Hub" and "Uni-Pass" in the Korean Government and no global links because of the different laws and systems between countries. This empirical study of L Co. is to suggest some political guidelines for establishing the systematic global e-trade system and to verify some research variables used at previous studies concerning e-trade system.
