The Foreign Exchange Managemant of Import-Export Smaller Enterprises and Improvement : The Case of Daejeon

This paper analyzes the essential requirements and changing trends in the conditions of the foreign exchange managemant, derives the practical methodologies of implementing the AHP and sensitivity analysis with the Excel spreadsheet as to select the optimal strategic factors, identify the priorities of their critical competitive factors, and derives the appropriate strategic alternatives. We find that the most important determinant is the specialist upbringing when import-export smaller enterprises managemant the foreign exchange, and most of the enterprises have no great knowledge of foreign exchange. And we find that the financial support experiences the largest factor in their strategic importance and also this survey appears that staff training strengthening is the important factor as the foreign exchange managemant of import-export smaller enterprises. Specifically, we identify the underlying principles and key solving-tasks of AHP and explain the fully-detailed procedures of applying their mathematical formula and notations to the fact data using the excel spreadsheet.
