수요조사와 활용패턴 분석을 통한 지적정보 공급수준 및 형태 연구

A Study on the Supply Level and Format of Cadastral Information through the Demands and Usage Pattern Analysis

본 연구에서는 지적정보의 활용패턴을 분석하고 전문가 수요조사를 통해 지적정보의 활용성을 높이는 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 연구를 통해 지적정보의 활용성을 높이기 위해서는 수치지도와 경계를 일치시킨 편집도면의 제공이 필요하며, 공간패턴을 파악하고 공간관계를 해석하며 공간문제를 이해하는 데 는 타 공간정보와 연계활용이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 기초로 본 연구에서는 활용패턴에 따라 공급수준을 나누고 각 수준에 맞는 지적정보 형태를 제시하였다. 도출된 결과는 지적정보의 활용성을 높이고 공간정보시장을 활성화 하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Through the demand survey and usage pattern analysis of this study, the fact that the edited map making and its service is required are extracted to increase usage of the cadastral information. The edited map is match boundary line to the topographic map. And also, it could be know that relate information and practice together with other spatial information is needed, to catch the spatial pattern and explain the spatial relation, understand spatial problem. In this study, based on this fact, supply levels are divided according to the usage pattern and the cadastral information format suitable to that. The result of this study could be contribute to increase usage of cadastral information and to activate spatial information market.
