철도화물 활성화에 따른 장애요인에 관한 연구

An Empirical Study on the Barriers of Vitalizations of Rail

실질적으로 철도를 이용하여 물류를 담당할 복합운송업체 및 화주들이 인지하는 철도화물 확대 요인에 관한 연구는 향후 대륙 간 연계철도의 관점에서 나아가 환경물류라는 관점에서도 중요한 연구과제이다. 이러한 연구배경에서 무역업체와 선사 및 포워딩 업체를 대상으로 철도수송 장애요인을 검토하였다. 그 결과 시간요인을 높게 인지하는 업체일수록 철도수송으로 전환 및 선택에 가장 높은 부정적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 비용요인 역시 철도수송의 전환과 선택에 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 철도수송을 확대하기 위해서는 비용과 시간요인에 대한 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구는 그동안 화주 및 포워딩 업체를 대상으로 실증분석이 활발하지 않은 분야에서 연구모델을 제시하고 실증분석을 통한 접근을 하였다는 부분에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

This study explores and identifies the determinants in the decision to choose rail by exporters, importers and forwarders for the activation of TKR and TSR. For diffusing of TKR and TSR, the cargo performed by rail should be secured in inland. Therefore, we studied empirical research for exploring the detemrinants which has influence on use of rail. The service and cost are determinants and they have significant statistically. However, the infra and time have postive influnence on diffusing of rail but has no significant statistically.
