A Survey on Stamina Health Food of Women : Focused in Chungnam Region

This study aimed at finding the degree of recognition of, and practices of eating, stamina health food with 229 woman. In sum, according to this survey woman preferred eating stamina food. The preferring items were chicken, beef and in the form of soup. They were positive to eating dog soup. This survey study may contribute to the develop,ment and improvement of culinary methods of stamina health food along the age and sex differences and also seasonal changes, so as to further stimulate preferences of the stamina health food in general.
