This study aims to verify the effect on how the human resources management influences organizational achievement through literature and empirical study. Also, through this study we find the effect concretely on how the human resource management influences organizational achievement with the mediating role of trust. The results from analyzing the data obtained from the empirical analysis were as follows: First, as for the impact of human resources management on organizational trust, education & training, rewards, and career development have a positive impact on the trust. Second, The result showed that organizational trust had significant impact on job satisfaction & organizational commitment. Third, The finding showed education & training, rewards, and career development have a positive impact on the organizational achievement. Considering the outcome of this study, we find it's necessary to review that education & training, rewards, and career development among the human resources management factors will highly effect on employees' trust.
