The purpose of this study is to inform of the influence between the variables which verify the relationship of organization commitment and management performance synthetically through the empirical analysis for improving the management performance in super deluxe tourist hotels. The data of positive analysis in this study were realized by employees at Grand Hilton Hotel Seoul, Plaza Hotel, Hotel Lotte, Hotel Silla, Chosun Hotel, and Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel located in Seoul. The following is the brief of the result from empirical study. First, the organization commitment has an effect on the management outcomes. Second, the loyalty of the employees, in super deluxe tourist hotels has an effect on the text in relation to the organization commitment and management outcomes. And the labour volition has an effect on the text in relation to the loyalty. Also, the loyalty and the sense of stability have an effect on the text in relation to financial outcomes.
