This paper is about an activation plan of traditional market. Traditional market are faced with a threat from bigger and more upscale retailers such as department stores and discount stores. The declining competitiveness of traditional market which used to play a major role in the community. This market are mostly due to their failures to meet the change in the channels of distribution, consumer's lifestyle and the consumer's purchasing pattern. Consequently, this paper is providing for an activation plan of traditional market. First, we must an improvement for marketing and sales skill of merchants. Second, we must an introduction to strategic system and marketing strategic skill. Third, we must an improvement about market space and structure. Forth we must an activation for IMC(integrated marketing communication). Fifth, we must an execution to area closed marketing activities.
