As ratio of production for commitment that is productivity, it is concept that display how production factor used efficiently. This study examines and analyzed that exert some influence on growth rate that productivity of capital and labor productivity do to aim enterprise's growth potential or future profitability, and certainty degree of income realization hereafter to hotel company. As result of study, the hotel is showing more or less abnormal form that importance of non-operating profit and loss item occupies much rather than make efforts on profitability through principal business activities. Hereafter, hotel enterprise expects that establish business strategy that aim profitability improvement with this study.
