This study is aimed at corresponding actively to family restaurant's environment and customer market change and measuring assessment about service quality of family restaurants which customers require. Also, I wish to examine what kind of service quality factor is first considered by the customers when they select a family restaurant. Empirical study's source collection collected through interview method and procedure, source collection used survey questionnaires. Survey period is from May 20, 2009 to June 15. And Survey target is selected 15 family restaurants of Seoul area. Also, survey questionnaires are distributed 320, 309 questionnaires (96.6%) were collected. 293 validity samples were selected and used for the analysis except 16 which responded dishonestly.
