The purpose of this paper is to prove how the organizational cultural influences on the organization mmersion of members. The data which were applied in analysis were collected from the employees who working in super deluxe hotels located in Seoul. The question investigation executes for about one month from September28th, 2008 to October 16th, 2008, the sampling was made from biased sample extraction process, and it was distributed to 300 employees who working at 8 five-star hotels in Seoul. Among them, 286 issues were collected but 270 effective samples had been executed except 16 which are insincere. With the data which are available for analysis, discriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, and hierachical multiple regression anlysis were made through the SPSS13.0.
