Effect of Performance of Catering Service on Customer Loyalty

This research saw customers who had experience of using catering service of the eating out enterprise and grasped the factors regarding catering service execution which these customers think important, and also its goal is to offer useful information to increase the activation of catering service hereafter by analyzing how much different service execution shows depending on customers’ general quality. The factors which show positive effect in relationship analysis between service execution and loyalty of catering visitors are quickness/persistence, professionalism and business accuracies from recommendation intention, food qualities, service accuracy/convenience, professionalism from the factors of by word of mouth intention, food qualities, service accuracy/convenience and business accuracies from re-purchase intention appeared.
