This research wishes to grasp not only the importance of hotel competitiveness reinforcement but also the value and awareness that hotel employees share consciously and unconsciously, and also is aimed at how hotel employees show their line of action and what types of organizational culture is considered to be important in the view of human resources management. Also, wish to examine what the difference is by hotel types and to analyze whether hotel employees' organizational culture types exerts its effect on organizational effectiveness. As the practical analysis result, can know that unfolding way of organizational culture types according to hotel organization member's' awareness becomes different and organizational effectiveness is different. Also, there is important item to hotel managerial and is grasped that customer can raise image about hotel organization member's raising organization members' organizational effectiveness if hotel organizational culture is formed well.
