British and American Culture in Hospitality English Teaching

The purpose of this paper is to describe the characteristics of British culture and American culture for an effective hospitality English teaching and learning. A language has something to do with its culture. The purpose of language leaning can be said to raise the linguistic competence on the pronunciation, vocabularies, meaning, and the language structure of the target language. Many linguists insist that culture helps the language learners understand the target language and increases the effectiveness of the language leaning, In this paper, we suggest that The education of the British and American culture be applied in the teaching of hospitality English.
