This study intends to examine impact of hotel employees' participative management on the management trust and job satisfaction and turnover intention. There are main results in this research focusing on the survivors of deluxe hotel which carried out Annual Salary System in Seoul given below; First, participative management are higher, trust in management is higher. Second, participative management are higher, job satisfaction is higher. Third, participative management are higher, turnover intention is lower. Fourth, trust in management are higher, job satisfaction is higher. fifth, trust in management are higher, turnover intention is lower.
