The purpose of this study is to Investigate the effect of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for hotel organization. The data obtained from the hotel employee, 325 questionaries. This results obtained were summarized as follow; First, transformational leadership were composed of charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation for hotel organization.. Second, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation for hotel organization. is influenced positively by empowerment. Third, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation for hotel organization. is influenced negatively by helping behavior. Also, charisma, intellectual stimulation is influenced positively by loyalty behavior. Forth, empowerment is influenced positively by helping behavior and loyalty behavior. The result of study will be helpful for the Hotel industries which haven need to establish the marketing strategies.
