광공업 총요소생산성의 산업별 상호의존성 분석

Analysis of Iterdependency of Sector Total Factor Productivity in Mining and Manufacturing Industries

산업의 기술진보는 물적자본과 인적자본 등 생산요소의 관계 외에 공간적인 측면, 유사한 산업과의 인과관계 및 상호의존성에 의해서도 설명될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시.군.구 광공업 26개 산업의 총요소생산성간 상호의존성이 존재하는지를 베이지안벡터자기회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 생산요소의 증가 외에 산업간 상호의존성은 총요소생산성을 증가시키는 요인으로 작용하였으며, 산업간 총요소생산성의 상호의존성을 결정하는 핵심 산업이 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이중 음식료품, 섬유제품, 출판, 인쇄 및 기록매체 복제업이 타 산업 총요소생산성의 증가에 의해 영향을 받는 주요 산업으로 나타났으며, 타 산업 총요소생산성의 증가에 영향을 주는 주요산업은 조립금속제품, 전자부품, 영상, 음향 및 통신장비, 자동차 및 트레일러, 재생용 가공원료 생산업으로 분석되었다.

Technical progress in industry can be explained by increase of physical/human capital in certain industry, and spatial location or interdependency among industries To show existence of interdependency among mining and manufacturing industry, this study estimates total factor productivity of each industry, and sets up five economic distance matrixes of industries to apply them as Bayesian priors m Bayesian vector autoregressive model This study shows that there exists interdependency in total factor productivity among 26 industries in mining and manufacturing industry, and core industry which induces an interdependency among industries. Especially total factor productivities in food and beverage, textiles, paper, paper products and print ing are strongly affected by those of other industries. Total factor productivities of fabricated metal products, radio, television and communication equipment, motor vehicle and trailers, recycling have strong influence to those of other industries.
