군(軍)의 인적자원개발에 관한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study On Development Of Efficient Military Human Resources - Focus On The Military Personnel Family Support Center In Sangmudae -

21세기 지식기반사회에서는 인적자원의 효율적인 양성 및 활용의 중요성이 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있으며, 국가차원에서도 이러한 시대적 요청에 따라 다양한 노력을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 노력의 분위기는 군(軍)에도 확산되고 있는데 본 연구에서는 군조직의 인적자원개발에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 군의 리더인 부사관 및 장교들의 아파트단지에 위치하여 군인 및 그 가족들을 통해 군인적자원개발에 가장 가까이 근접해 있는 상무대 군인가족지원센터의 운영현황과 향후 효율적 운영 및 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 군인가족지원센터(MOFSC)의 운영에 다양한 요구사항이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 효율적 군의 인적자원개발을 위한 시사점을 학술적 연구자나 군 실무자에게 제공하고자 한다.

In the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, the significance of efficient training and use of human resources is rising and the government is trying various ways for it. This trend is dispersing in the military and this study tries to find out the development of human resources in the armed forces. This research investigated the present conditions of the support center for families of soldier, which is located in an apartment complex for non-commissioned officers and military officers, and ways to effectively operate and make use of it. This study found that there are many request in terms of operating the center, so it suggests four alternatives for effectively running the support center for families of soldiers to develop military human resources based on the findings.
