정보기술의 발달과 사회적 기업

The development of Information Technology and Social Enterprise

본 연구의 목적은 정보기술의 발달로 인한 사회적 기업의 변화를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 정보기술의 발달은 온라인 사회적 기업의 출현을 가져왔고, 사회적 기업의 financing, 자원봉사동원방식과 거버넌스를 변화시켰다. 즉 온라인 사회적 기업의 성장은 소액금융 대출(nicro financing)을 활성화시켰고, 사회적 행동(social activism)을 강화시키고 자원봉사활동의 욕구를 다변화시키는 등 자원봉사동원방식을 변화시켰다. 또한 정부는 전통적인 통치자의 자세에서 벗어나 관리자, 협력자의 역할을 수행하게 되었는데, 이는 가버넌스의 변화를 의미한다. 이러한 연구 결과에 근거해 본 연구는 우리나라의 온라인 사회적 기업의 발전 가능성을 살펴보고, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The goal of this study is to inquire the change of social enterprises owing to the development of Information Technology(IT). The development of IT caused the emergence of online social enterprises and changed social enterprises' financing, governance and their way of voluntary work. In other words, online social enterprises' growth changes their way of gathering people for voluntary work like activates micro financing, strengthens social activism and diversifies the desire of voluntary work. Also, the government performs a manager and cooperator's role away from its traditional ruler's attitude, which means the change of governance. Based on the result of the study, this paper examines the potential for development of Korea's online social enterprise and presents a practical implication.
