A Study on the Improvement for Effective Implementation of Cadastre System

1. CONTANTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study intends to improve the Cadastre system with the combination of the Real Property Registration Act. (2) RESEARCH　METHOD This study performed descriptive and investigative researches through literature examination. (3) RESEARCH　FINDINGS In the results of this study, important problems are both insufficiency and overspent of the application at the each systems. If the time of long periods is necessary in integration of both systems, the current systems will be able to complement through temporary legal revision. Does like that as, frequent change of the register book and cadaster will be able to reduce. With the same the expense. 2. RESULTS This study offers the integration of each systems through the revision of the Acts. Does like that with, improve an efficiency of each systems use and reduce the personnel who is unnecessary. Consequently people can read the register book and cadaster.
