금융업의 보안과 내부통제에 관한 연구

A study on Security and Control of Financial Institution

일반적으로 보안은 위험한 상태로부터 벗어난 또는 안전한 상태라고 정의한다. 그리고 금융기관에서는 인터넷 뱅킹같은 금융 거래 때문에 보안은 특히 중요하다. 정보 보안을 제공하는 통제는 물리적, 기술적 또는 관리적으로 행해질 수 있다. 최근에 정보기술의 발전으로 대부분의 기업들은 ERP시스템의 운영을 통하여 업무를 디지털화하는데 도움을 받고 있다. 결과적으로 보안의 공격은 우연이던 고의적이던 자료의 해킹이라는 형태로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 정보의 유출, 위조, 파괴 등은 금융회사들의 목표와 이익을 해칠 수도 있고 심지어 금융 거래를 중지시킬 수도 있다. 본 연구는 금융기관의 보안과 통제에 관한 연구이다. 따라서 연구 가설을 설정하고 금융기관의 901명 종업원들로부터 자료를 수집하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 결과는 보안이 ERP 성과에 통제적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 통제 역시 ERP 성과에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 보안 요소들도 ERP 성과에 통제적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 통제 요소 역시 ERP 성과에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 방법을 통한 분석 결과로서 보안과 통제는 ERP 성과에 통제적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 보안과 통제가 ERP시스템 성과에 영향을 준다는 연구에 기초적인 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Security is generally defined as the freedom from danger or as the condition of safety. And security is important in financial institution specifically because of financial transactions such as internet banking. Controls for providing information security can be physical, technical, or administrative. Recent advancement of information technology has helped businesses digitalize their operation by ERP system. Consequently security attacks are growing in the form of data hacking on purpose or by accident. Information leakage, forgery, and destruction have caused damage to goal and interest of a financial company or even stop financial transactions. This study on security and control of financial institution. Therefore research hypotheses are empirically tested with data collected from 901 employees from financial institution. Results show that security significantly influence in ERP performance. And control significantly influence in ERP performance too. In detail security element significantly influence in ERP performance and control element significantly influence in ERP performance. As the result of the analysis through the all method, security and control appeared the positive ERP performance and the statistically significance. This paper will be able to provide the basic data on the research of security and control affect the ERP system.
