기업 간 협업환경 및 신뢰의 구축이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

The Affect of Building Cross-enterprise Collaborative Environment and Trust on Operational Performance - From the Perspective of an Integrated Supply Chain

최근 인터넷 및 Web에 기반한 e-biz기술의 도입 및 사용이 극적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 기업 간 협업환경의 구축이란 측면에서 IT는 기업 간 통합의 촉매역할을 수행함으로써 공급사슬관리에 필수적이다. 그러나 기업 간 협업시스템의 구축 에 대한 투자는 많은 재원의 필요로 인하여 기업에 있어 매우 중요한 의사결정의 대상으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 협업시스 템의 구축여부는 자신의 공급망(SCM)에 최대의 이익을 창출하는가의 여부 등을 신중하게 판단하여 결정하여야 한다 본 연구에서는 공급사슬에 포함된 기업이 통합된 협업환경을 구축했을 경우, 기업간 신뢰와 더불어 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 협업시스템의 구축 및 기업 간 신뢰가 실시간 정보접근과 정보공유를 강화시킴으로서 기업성과에 영향을 준다는 것을 발견하였다. 많은 연구에서 IT의 도입은 기업의 성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나 IT기술의 도입이 성과에 직접적인 영향을 주었다고 생각하기 보다는, 먼저 기업 간 협업시스템의 구축과 신뢰관계를 형성한 후 이를 통한 실시간 정보접속 및 정보공유가 이루어져야 성과가 향상된다고 보는 것이 타당할 것이다. 이는 기업들로 하여금 IT기술의 도입이 당장 기업성과 향상에 도움이 될 것이라는 단순한 생각에서 벗어나, 조직간 정보 공유 및 협업이 이루어질 수 있는 협업환경의 구축같은 소프트적인 측면에 힘써야 한다는 것을 의미한다.

Lately, the use of internet and web-based Information technology adoption and use has increased dramatically. Especially, in terms of IT in the construction of cross-enterprise collaborative environment, is essential for the supply chain management by acting as a catalyst in integrating companies However, the investment needed for building cross-enterprise collaboration system is considered to be a very important decision due to the considerable amount of resources needed. Therefore, the decision for the construction of collaborative system depends on discrete decisions of such factors like whether or not a company will create a maximum profit from supply chain management. This study has observed the influence of a company that has supply chain and integrated collaborative environment on reliability and performance of a company As a result, building the collaborative system and the reliability between companies influences company's performance by strengthening a real-time information access and an information sharing. In many of the research showed that the introduction of IT influences company's performance. However, it is more reasonable to say that after establishing collaborative system between companies and reliability; the company can form real-time information access and information sharing, through which the company improves its performance. Eventually, this will make the company to break itself from simply defining that the introduction of IT will immediately have affect on company's performance, and that it is necessary to construct collaborative environment where information sharing between companies and cooperation is possible.
