This paper investigates the influence of CEO factors on firm's financial performances. The study is based on corporate data of three business units of HANWHA corporation. We analyzed the influence power of CEO factors by empirical study. Furthermore, accurate measurement on entrepreneur's innovation and leadership was performed through qualitative study on corporate organization/strategy based on entrepreneur's role model. The result provides the directions for feasible strategic leadership models of CEOs surrounding entrepreneurship issues theoretically and practically.
