In case of Japanese music industry, Major levels had completed a vertical integration management, and conduct them systematically by value share, companionship, etc. However, when innovations by ICT are spreading around, I guess the integration management collapse and new leadership rise up To inspect a hypothesis, this paper carried out a hearing survey to music business and questionnaires to younger music consumer. But my guess could not to be. In conditions, Major levels get a lot of powers by ICT, and no one take conductions by turns. So result, Major levels have to communicate new changeable demands, and manage a transactional value chain effectually.
