The study of organization for The Korean Federation of Korean Residents in Japan (from 1945 to 1948 in Japan)

The Korean Federation of Korean Residents in Japan (abbr. KF) was established October 15th, 1945. Since then, KF had four different national conventions; 2nd convention (1946.2.27-28), 3rd convention (1946.10.14.-17), 4th convention (1947.10.15-17), 5th convention (1948.10.14-16). During preparation for establishment, establishment convention and before national convention was the birth era for KF. At this time, Platform and declarations were adopted. Also, systematic development was planned. Below from here are contents of plan. 1) Platform and declarations were already adopted during preparation era. KF had only remote idea about establishment for country (foundation of country). Futhermore, they had tried to take a serious view of friendly relations with Japan in organization convention. Their act was shown that self - stabilization livelihood from Chosen people. While preparation for establishment, they were combined with collaborator for Japan, national activities. On the year that they established in November, KF was lead by activist because of systemic changes. In addition, KF had the support of public and they could have embodied organization action. Moreover, preparation organization was more sociological group yet, KF was intensified as a politic national group. 3) Most of main enterprise for KF were for intensifying organization, repatriation, and education for nation. In fact, KF was promoting self-repatriation enterprise without United States' interests, Japanese government' aggressive attitude. But this enterprise had been changing apt to Japan and United States' policy and regime. Besides, KF had been bent on enterprise of national education since they were established. On the organization action, they made educating nationalism as their fundamental policy. February 1946, KF(2nd convention) made a resolution which was 'Intensification of nation education and youth-education.'. It was based on information that schools were making all around Korea. KF could have been showing that they had the supremacy principle because of domestic directivity. As we can see, preparation of KF was generally about social work in establishing era. They were gradually shown as representative for Chosen people's culture, politic, and economic. KF was growing up as main organization for Korean Residents in Japan.
