세무대리인 사무실 근무자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Job Satisfaction of Staff Accountants in Korean Tax Preparation Firms

본 연구는 세무대리인 사무실 근무자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 세무대리인 사무실 근무자가 해당 업무와 직무환경에서 느끼는 각 요인별 직무만족도와 인구통계학적 변수를 측정하여 이 두 가지 변수가 전반적인 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 본 연구는 세무대리인 사무실에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 인구통계학적 변수와 세무대리인 사무실 근무자의 전반적 직무만족도에 대한 회귀분석 결과 경력, 학력이 높고 세무대리인의 사무실 개업년수가 높을수록 전체적인 직무만족도가 감소하며 연봉이 높고 직원수가 많을수록 전체적인 만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 해당 업무와 직무환경에서 느끼는 각 요인별 직무만족과 세무대리인 사무실 근무자의 전반적인 직무만족도에 대한 회귀분석을 하였다. 우선 본 연구에서는 세무대리인 사무실 근무자 직무환경은 “업무량과 시간”, “급여 및 복리후생”, “직원의 불만수용”, “동료간 친밀성”, “능력의 발휘기회”와 “물리적 환경”의 6가지 측면으로 분류되었다. 이 6가지 측면에서 응답자의 직무만족도와 “전반적 직무만족”간의 회귀분석 결과‘업무량과 시간’, ‘급여 및 복리후생’, ‘직원의 불만수용’은 전반적 직무만족과 양(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세무대리사무실을 운영하는 세무대리인은 본 연구에서 파악된 세 측면의 변수를 보다 집중적으로 관리하여 세무대리인 사무실 근무자의 전반적인 직무만족도를 높이도록 노력함으로써, 궁극적인 목적인 해당 사무실의 성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다.

This study is to investigate the factors which influence job satisfaction of staff accountants in Korean tax preparation firms. For this purpose, this paper measured job satisfaction in the work and working environment and demographic variables of the staff accountants. After analyzing the data gathered from the survey of the staff accountants, this study found as follows: First, the career, education levels, and office establishment date have negative relationships with the overall job satisfaction, but the salary and number of employees have a positive effect on the overall job satisfaction. Second, as the result of the factor analysis, the work and working environment of the tax accountants were classified a total of 6 factors including ‘work amount and length,’ ‘salary and welfare,’ ‘task capability of superiors,’ ‘friendship between employees,’ ‘opportunities for capability demonstration,’ and ‘physical environments’. Among these 6 factors, ‘work amount and length,’ ‘salary and welfare,’ and ‘task capability of superiors’ had positive effects on the overall job satisfaction. This means that the tax preparers can improve their performance by focusing on the these three factors of their tax accountants.
