본 연구에서는 지역별, 시기별 산불발생 통계 분석을 통하여 실질적인 산불발생 실태를 규명하고 우리나라의 여건에 맞는 산림화재에 대한 시스템 구축 방법으로 현재 다원화된 지휘체계를 일원화하고 산불현장에 투입되는 진화인력인 산림관계공무원, 소방대원, 군경 등 민.관.군의 통합지휘 통제방안을 마련하고 산불진화장비의 연구개발, 진화장비의 현대화 및 공동진화장비의 확보, 산림화재 대응 매뉴얼 작성 등을 제시하였다.
This research investigates actual conditions about actual forest fire after analyze statistics dividing forest fire by area and time, simplified command system that is diversified present by system construction method about correct forest fire to situation of our country, and ready control plan about nation and office`s integration command such as forester command public official, fire fighter, soldier or police that is evolution manpower that is engaged in forest fire evolution work, and present research and development of forest fire evolution equipment, modernization of evolution equipment and security of cooperation evolution equipment, forest fire manual creation etc.
