The Review on QikouGudoMaek of 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》

In Oriental medicine, I think, the most distinctive thing is Maekjin(pulse feeling and palpation). From Pyeonjak diagnosed disease with using Maekboep of the very beginning, great many successive doctors awareness of Jinmaekboep(method of pulse feeling) has become more complicated and subdivided, and doctors begun to find systematic nature about that. Moreover, due to be based on predecessors Maekboep and to combine his own clinical experience on that, Wangsukhwa supplemented some unsolved parts that predecessors had left and established special Maekhak’s theory systematically and wrote MaekGyeong 10 volume by Oriental medicine historic first. Thereafter Isijin winnowed main point in Saeonbalmyeong that redigested Saeongeoyo. That book written by Ieonmun, his father who made and wrote Binhomaekhak after Ming Dynasty. Here, in 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》, written by Isijin, there is QikouGudoMaek. It is fractionate Gigumaek(Qi mouth) by nine parts and description about relation with Gigyeong(Eight Extra Channels). This QikouGudoMaek is rearrangement comes from 10th volume titled Sugeomdosamsipil of Maekgyeong made by Wangsukhwa. So, I investigated QikouGudoMaek that fractionate move it to general QikouMaek hereupon and is in 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》 described relation with Gigyeong. For explaining relation of 10th volume of Maekgyeong and QikouGudoMaek, I described Maekgyeong as same part of Maekgyeong that become QikouGudoMaek’s original text and uterus in IsiJin’s 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》 on forehead. And I explained relation with Maekjinbeop and account book for QikouGudoMaek’s ancient temple, and I would explain personal information for utensil and Gudomaek for arranging QikouGudoMaekDo and 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》, and comparing and helping comprehension. What I examined about QikouGudoMaek in 10th volume of Maekgyeong and 《The Eight Extra Channels Gyo》, I presented a basic principle that does more accurate Maekjin fractionating Chonguilmaek by nine parts again. Gudo consists of 1~9Hubujungangjik. And basic symptoms of each part and symptoms by nervature show the region of Gudo. And those symptoms show relation with Gigyeong about whole nervature of three parts as well as symptoms of each. And those symptoms show relation with Gigyeong by nervature of each on the front, the middle, and the afterward’s three parts. Nervature shown in QikouGudoMaek is the pulse of BooㆍSeakㆍWhalㆍGeenㆍKupㆍChimsapㆍSealkupㆍHuㆍMibooㆍHwanhwanㆍGinsesiljangㆍJiksangjikhaㆍNueㆍTan etc. And it is most part that distinction about symptoms by nervature becomes as man and woman to each part except, and included blood vessel of pulse for each region applied to Mutual Generation-Restriction of five elements. I think, that seen as part that compares with 10th volume of Maekgyeong and part that be omitted in the 10th volume, Isijin made a thesis about QikouGudoMaek in his own way.
