호텔 구성원의 갈등관리유형에 따른 조직 유효성에 관한 연구

Korea continually has poliitcal and social growths with economic development in the 1990’s. The present states of conflicts in each organization are intensified as variations and diversities of a society increase and the degree desired of social members become higher at this point of time. It causes advantageous or harmful results to an organizaion how members of the organization perceive the conflicts existing in it and how they are managed. But Managers andMembeers of it seem to be indifferent to the conflicts compared with the importance of the conflict management. This study mainly deals with the possibility to apply personal characterstic factors to the management of conflicts. The characteristic factors attached to personal behaviors cannot be disregarded although we critize whether the behaviors are influenced by circumstances or not the characteristic factors. Therefore, in this study I select self-alienation, Machiavelism, internal-external control and self-confidence as characteristic factors, and try to find how such variations effect conflict management behaviors and try to clarify the dissension type that inreases orgnizations’ effectiveness most. And the final purpose is to clarify correlations between hotel employees’ individual character elements and organizations’ efficiency.
