It is difficult to secure capable volunteer as the local festival goes on, and especially volunteers who has experienced and skillful are always insufficient. Therefore it is important to manage them effectively and to research their training. This article is based on the preceding research of volunteer’s participating motivation and training. The purpose of this article is to understand relationship with participating motivation and training to satisfaction, and to recognize that training has a effect to participating motivation and satisfaction as a moderator. The Researcher wish this study would be helpful to successful local festival with reinforcing participating motivation through the volunteer’s training, enhancing satisfaction and re-participation.
