초록

The two points analyzed in this research are as follows: First, the Kando Problem developed after the Kando Treaty that had been concluded in 1909 was analyzed in terms of the unique political characteristics of Kando. Kando had a very unique political structure that the people, the territory, and the political power were not consistent, which provided Koreans in Kando with an autonomouspolitical space. Second, the Great Korea Plan of Suenaga Misao which was based on the unique political structure of Kando was examined. The Great Korea Plan resulted from an attempt to resolve the unique political structure of Kando. It was one of the diverse political experiments conducted around Kando during the periods, which had pre-historical significance of Manchukou. In this regards, this research can be considered as an essay on the various political experiments centered on the Koreans in Kando in 1920s and 1930s.
